Vin Murria OBE – Executive Chair, Owner & Investor
Vin Murria is an accomplished technology entrepreneur and investor with over 30 years of software sector experience. She has a legendary track record of building enterprise giants, having founded and served as CEO of Advanced Computer Software Group plc and Computer Software Group plc (now part of IRIS Software). She has non-executive director roles on the boards of FTSE 100 distribution leader Bunzl plc and FTSE 250 technology provider Softcat plc too. Vin has the perfect mix. Knowing how to deliver operational excellence. And real-world expertise in choosing strategic acquisitions to turn ADVT into a ground-breaking software group by steering safe, but equally transformational, AI enablement for both public and private sectors globally through ADVT’s business units.
Gavin Hugill – Chief Financial Officer
Gavin Hugill serves as Chief Financial Officer and strategic right hand to the Executive Chair. He oversees the group’s financial strategy, corporate governance, capital allocation, and the implementation of best-practice operating practices across its acquired businesses. He brings over 25 years’ experience in the technology and digital services sector, including involvement in more than 40 acquisitions and three buyouts, with expertise in financial management, operational excellence and M&A. His disciplined approach ensures fiscal responsibility, robust compliance, and the financial stability required to support the group’s growth trajectory and continuous software innovation.
Karen Chandler – Chief Operating Officer
Karen Chandler serves as Chief Operating Officer for the Group. She has extensive experience in cross-border transactions, having spent 12 years with KPMG Transaction Services and has held CFO and Company Secretary roles in several listed companies. She was COO of Celaton Limited prior to the acquisition by the Group. Karen has been actively involved in the Company’s adoption of the revised QCA Code and ongoing corporate governance arrangements, being named company secretary on the operational subsidiaries. Karen works closely with the HR team and has her CIPD qualification.

David Grigsby leads Integra, the group’s flagship financial management software division. With deep expertise in the local government and healthcare sectors, David drives the deployment of AI-driven financial management solutions. His leadership ensures that over 140 public sector organisations maintain absolute compliance, transparency, and financial control. Under his guidance, Integra continues to define intelligent, modern financial management software, helping public sector organisations navigate complex regulatory landscapes with confidence.
Andy Makeham – Managing Director, Business Solutions: Celaton
Andy Makeham heads Celaton, the group's pioneering Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) and automation unit. Andy is dedicated to helping global organisations streamline complex administrative processes and achieve significant transaction cost reductions. By championing the inSTREAM AI platform and machine learning with human-in-the-loop validation, he enables clients to achieve straight-through-processing, eliminate errors, and transform their accounts payable, sales order, and claim handling functions.
Rob McCarthy – Managing Director, Business Solutions: GOSS
Rob McCarthy directs GOSS Interactive, a core component of the group’s digital experience and citizen engagement strategy. Rob focuses on delivering multi-channel, AI-enabled, digital platforms that transform how public services and large organisations interact with the public. His leadership ensures the delivery of modern, accessible, and highly integrated portals that streamline service delivery. Under his direction, GOSS empowers clients to optimise citizen communication and deliver efficient digital-first public services.
Bevin Manoy, Co-Leader, Business Solutions: CHKS
Bevin Manoy leads CHKS’s Benchmarking, Analytics, and Clinical Coding services, supporting NHS hospitals and private healthcare organisations across the UK with trusted data, insight, and performance intelligence. He is responsible for the delivery of clinical coding services that accurately code more than 500,000 patient records each year, helping healthcare providers secure appropriate reimbursement for the care they deliver while maintaining the integrity of critical healthcare data. Under Bevin’s leadership, CHKS provides benchmarking and analytics services that enable healthcare organisations to measure performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and enhance patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and value for money. His focus on data quality, innovation, and customer partnership ensures NHS and healthcare executives have the robust information and insights needed to make confident, evidence-based decisions and drive continuous improvement across their organisations.
Moyra Amess, Co-Leader, Business Solutions: CHKS
Moyra Amess is Director of Assurance & Accreditation at CHKS, leading the organisation’s accreditation and quality improvement services. Through an internationally recognised accreditation programme, she supports health and care providers in achieving excellence in quality, safety, and patient outcomes.
Moyra oversees a team of expert auditors responsible for the development and delivery of a comprehensive standards-based programme comprising more than 60 evidence-based standards that define best practice across health and care services. She is responsible for the strategic growth and development of the service, expanding CHKS's client base throughout the UK, Europe, and international markets. Under her leadership, the programme has evolved to offer integrated ISO 9001 and ISO 7101 certification through a dual-award model, providing clients with a robust and aligned approach to quality management and healthcare governance. The accreditation service is also delivered through a successful partnership in Brazil, extending its reach across Latin America.

Mike focuses on expanding the platform’s capabilities, including the recent introduction of advanced skills intelligence layers. His leadership ensures that resource managers, operations directors, and finance leaders gain real-time visibility to balance workloads, maximise billable utilisation, and prevent revenue leakage across complex, enterprise-level project portfolios.
Nicola Smart – Chief Commercial Officer, Human Capital Management: HFX
Nicola Smart leads HFX, a specialist in cloud-based workforce management backed by more than 50 years of industry heritage and over 500 customers. With 25 years of experience running WFM businesses, Nicola focuses on delivering SaaS solutions for Time and Attendance, Rostering, and Flexitime, complete with dedicated Employee and Manager apps. Her leadership drives product innovation and measurable ROI, helping medium-to-large blue-collar and public sector organisations cut administrative burden and achieve significant savings.
Dan Busson – Managing Director, Human Capital Management: WFM Software Solutions
Dan Busson heads WFM Software Solutions, leading the delivery of time and attendance, access control, and job costing applications. Dan specialises in tailoring robust workforce software for industries managing diverse shift patterns, complex overtime rules, and biometric clocking terminals. His strategic direction ensures that over 75,000 users, mainly blue-collar, benefit from scalable, data-driven insights that transform administrative teams from reactive operations into highly proactive, profitable business units.
